A success story:
Santillana
We create teaching tablets and interactive activities for the school curriculum.
WebBooks stand out due to their innovative format and easily accessible contents.
For more than 50 years, the Santillana brand has been synonymous with top quality and highly innovative educational materials, whilst Netex boasts more than 10 years' experience in designing and developing learning materials.
Now that laptops and interactive digital whiteboards are becoming everyday learning tools in both junior and senior schools, Santillana and Netex have joined forces to stay one step ahead of the education community’s needs, and have created the first WebBooks for use in classrooms, together with a series of innovative activities for interactive digital whiteboards.
We are clearly immersed in a transition from the use of conventional paper textbooks to digital books and in this sense, Santillana is committed to ensuring a smooth, trouble-free changeover, offering materials that teaching staff will find useful and will help to boost learning. In order to achieve this objective SantillanaWebBooks feature clear texts that are adapted to the pupils' age and provide simple, user-friendly access to the audiovisual and interactive resources.
Santillana WebBooks will be launched this spring in Catalonia and at a later date in Spain’s other autonomous communities.
